Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific awarded two 2019 achievements
Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific’s Customer Experience team has been once again recognised at the 2019 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards. The team was honoured with the Overall Business Impact for the second consecutive year, and was also awarded the Confirmit ACE award in the Innovation in Customer or Employee Engagement category.

Confirmit’s ACE Awards program was established in 2005 in order to honour their clients’ dedication to using the Voice of the Customer to drive business success. As a recipient of a Confirmit ACE Award, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific has demonstrated its dedication to customers, and successful application of its Voice of the Customer program ensuring the company makes better decisions and sees better outcomes.
Wyndham’s Customer Experience team includes 37 staff members covering customer design and delivery, customer insights, customer care, VIP handling and quality assurance. The team works to improve the customer experience delivery across two vacation clubs, WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham and CLUB WYNDHAM® ASIA, and at Wyndham’s 45 managed and Club resorts across Asia Pacific.
