San Francisco Travel Names Rory Davis Senior Manager Sports and Entertainment Sales
The San Francisco Travel Association has named Rory Davis to the position of Senior Manager Sports and Entertainment Sales, effective April 22, 2019.
The primary responsibility of the position is securing new sports and entertainment related business for San Francisco Bay Area, venues and hotels. In this new position, Davis will work closely with Bay Area home team event/venue management teams as well as the hospitality community and the City of San Francisco to solicit and close sporting/entertainment events to be hosted in the Bay Area.

Davis has worked with Giants Enterprises for the past six years, most recently as Marketing Manager. He has been directly involved in marketing efforts to attract business, increase visibility, and generate revenue for Giants Enterprises including Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018, Topgolf Crush, the Giant Race Series, Oracle Park Tours, Giants Enterprises On the Water, and The Gotham Club.
Davis’ prior work experience includes positions with University of San Francisco Athletics, Ubisoft Entertainment, and Bleacher Report. He graduated from U.C. Santa Barbara with degrees in Business Economics and Sport Management.
