TravelPay partners with Tramada
Leading travel payments provider TravelPay and travel management system provider Tramada have partnered to offer improved and reliable integrated payment functionality to travel agencies.
With Tramada and TravelPay, travel agents now have access to a no cost, newer, better and more reliable payment option from a trusted and experienced travel industry provider.
Tramada travel agents can now process credit card payments using TravelPay’s innovative and popular solution all from within Tramada and with payments being automatically receipted, providing convenience and productivity savings. In addition, a new Tramada ‘Pay Now’ link can be added to Tramada invoice templates so the agents’ customers can easily and securely pay online 24/7. The payment is processed by TravelPay and is automatically receipted in Tramada.
With a sales team boasting over 100 years of travel industry experience and a secure, Level 1 PCI DSS solution, TravelPay now introduces a new level of expertise and functionality to Tramada travel agents. Agents can accept all cards – MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club – at completely no cost to them and without needing their own merchant accounts.
As the first and largest approved provider for AFTA’s Chargeback Scheme (ACS), TravelPay gives travel agents the choice to maximise office efficiency with all the protections provided by ACS.
What’s more, TravelPay has partnered with Qantas Business Rewards to reward travel agencies for simply getting paid. Agencies earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 of eligible payments transacted using TravelPay which can quickly add up.
Tramada agents can easily switch from their existing payment gateway to TravelPay, without losing access to their customers’ existing credit cards details already stored in Tramada.
